Aneesh is a skilled programmer in Qt, C++ & JavaScript. During close to five years we worked together, we worked on various in-house and customer projects. Ranging from Charting API, medical visualization, component framework products to geo-spatical data visualization projects. Aneesh was someone who brought in quality focus to our in-house product development. He put together a Jenkins continuous integration system in our office and fostered a culture of quality assurance using open source tools. He is someone who actively works towards creating a work-life balance for himself. He loves to travel and meet new people and gather from the wisdom of cultures and communities everywhere. Not surprisingly the learning he gathers from his travel impacts not just his own personal work, but also the way his team members relate to their work as well. To be honest, Aneesh inspired everybody in our team to take vacation breaks from work and live life a little. The quality of focus people came back with after their break was very valuable for us. I always found him being someone who would not just address technical challenges at his work, but also human issues that arise in any team. He is not someone who would shy away from confronting subjects, if dealing with them would drastically improve working conditions and performance in his team. His ability to take and provide constructive critical feedback makes him a bankable member of any team. I have been his boss for all the five years we worked together. I wouldn't think twice if I ever have to work with him as my boss. I know I am in empowering hands! - Prashanth N Udupa

Aneesh and I have been working on the same project for Soldata. He was a skilled software engineer with a deep knowledge in C++/Qt. Great team player, he is used to really understand issues before delivering effective and pragmatic solutions. It has been a great pleasure to work with him. - Jerome Comptdaer
